Take it leesy wine club

We here at RLW tend to cringe at the words "wine club." All of those traditional 'clubby' ideals of exclusivity, allocations, and entitlement make us feel real uneasy. But we want you to get the wines you desire, and we really want you to know how much we appreciate you...without all that fancy club stuff...no, we don't wanna make you queasy. Here in this fast-paced, quick-to-sell-out, dog-eat-dog world of naturally made wine we've gotta somehow stick together...so join us, we say, as we all agree to just Take It Leesy.*

*Take It Leesy (common winery production phrase): to include a portion of precipitated solids (lees) from the bottom of the tank when transferring wine or juice from one vessel to another. In doing so, one imparts specific flavors and/or textures to the resulting wine. This is also a somewhat easier task than a completely 'clean' transfer. To take it Leesy is to take it easy.
